PROBLEMS SIGNING IN TO MY MEMBERS AREA?
From time to time, I get contacted by users having problems logging into my members area due to different reasons.
Here is a little guide to help you out:
1) I'm not a
member / My membership has expired
Solution: Buy a new membership.

2) My
password won't work! What's wrong?
Solution: 99% of the login problems are due to misspellings! All usernames and passwords are CaSeSeNsItIvE, which means that small letters and capitol letters are different. An "A" is NOT the same as an "a", so if your username is "MickeyMouse" for instance, you have to type "MickeyMouse", and NOT "mickeymouse", or it won't work.
3) I've
forgotten my username and/or password
Solution: If you
signed up by creditcard, you can normally recover this information
yourself, by visiting the the following URLs:

PaycomEu.net/Epoch.com-customers:
epoch.com/billingsupport/
IF you however paid your membership directly to my bank account
(Normally Norwegian customers only), you have to e-mail me in order to
let me help you out. Please give me as much information as possible,
such as your name, username (if you remember it)
and approximately date of purchasing your membership. I will then be able to search you up in my databases, and make sure you really are an
active member of SandraWang.com. The correct login will then be emailed

You can cancel your membership easy by yourself, just follow there links:

If you are having problems cancelling you membership by yourself, don't hesitate to contact me for help.
Just send me an e-mail with any of the following information:
* Your First -and Last name
* Your CCBill or PaycomEu/Epoch subscription ID-number
* Your Username
* The e-mail you were using when registering
I will then cancel your membership as soon as possible.
