PROBLEMS LOGGING IN?

From time to time, I get contacted by users having problems logging into my members area due to different reasons. Here is a little guide to help you out:

1) You are not a member / Your membership has expired
Solution: Buy a new membership by clicking this link

2) You are typing in your username / password in the wrong way
Solution: 99% of the login problems are due to misspellings! All usernames and passwords are CaSeSeNsItIvE, which means that small letters and capitol letters are different. An "A" is NOT the same as an "a", so if your username is "MickeyMouse" for instance, you have to type "MickeyMouse", and NOT "mickeymouse", or it won't work.

3) You've forgot your username and/or password
Solution: In order for me to be able to help you out, I will need you to give me some more information about yourself and your membership. I will then be able to search you up in my databases, and make sure you really are a member of SandraWang.com

Please send me an e-mail with as much as possible of the following information:

* Your Username
* Your first - and last name
* If you paid by CCBill or Paycom + Your Subscription ID number
* The date you registered as a member
* The e-mail address you used when registering

I will then help you out as soon as possible. The more info you give me, the better.

* Your First -and Last name
* Your CCBill or Paycom subscription IDnumber
